GROUP TRAINING
T2BB offers a variety of themed large group training sessions throughout the year. This type of training provides a personal training feel in a large group setting. Each instructed group training session incorporates scientifically designed drills to maintain the balance and fluidity of movement during high-level seasonal sports activities.
GROUP TRAINING TYPES:
Kickbox Karake For anyone who wants to learn how to punch or kick correctly during a high level of metabolic atmosphere. This explosive and challenging training combines martial arts and boxing. Instruction on the fundamentals of punching and kicking in a continuous kickbox routine. NOW Level 1 and Level 2!

TRX TRX suspension training is a new revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercise and is assisted through suspension straps anchored at a point over head. TRX is an all body workout building muscle and functional strength, increasing flexibility and core stability all at once and at your own intensity.

Pilates - Magic Circle
A progressive mat class that utilizes the Magic Circle, a round flexible resistance tool that increases awareness and challenges your body strength in a variety of Pilates exercises. The same type of Pilates movements will be practiced, however, in conjunction with the Magic Circle.
