Pilates 360º mat training will focus on three dimensional movement and exercises that challenge mutlitple antotomical planes at once. Various props will be used to facilitate and challenge your strength, flexibility, coordination and breath. This approach is a great way to balance out winter activities such as skiing that keep you in the same plane of motion. |
